About the Author:
Andrea Lynn Swengel pursues her passions for food writing, recipe creation and cooking in West Des Moines, Iowa. For many years, she was a test kitchen chef for the Emmy Award-wining television writer and director, John Beyer, who pioneered one of the first celebrity chef TV cooking series: Great Chefs of the World; Great Chefs of New Orleans; Great Chefs of the Southwest; Great Chefs Jazz Brunches; and others (www.greatchefs.com).
